Magdalena Mroczka
Clinical Psychologist

Hello. I am Magda. A warm welcome to Reset & Grow Psychology.

In my work I combine clinical psychology education, skills and principles of holistic psychology to assist individuals, couples, and families to lead more meaningful and happy lives.

It is my passion and vision to help others become empowered, resilient and confident as they navigate through challenging times of their lives.
In my work in the field I provided short-term and long-term therapy to children, adolescences, adults and older adults in individual, couples therapy and group therapy/workshops.
On a personal note, I was born in rural Poland, and moved to Scotland as a young adult before arriving in Australia in 2011. I became interested in psychology as an adolescent and was drawn to aspects of psychology that aid personal well-being by using a blend of scientific findings, emotional health and practical life and coping skills.
