Whether you have invested in therapy previously or are a first time client I will assist you in improving your well-being. I have extensive experience in working in various roles during my training and career, I have dedicated many years working with high prevalence difficulties (e.g. anxiety, phobias, depression, social anxiety) as well as complex presentations of chronic health conditions, personality disorders and eating disorders.

Fees & Policies

FEES & Policies
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm

  • $240 with a Medicare rebate of $137.05 per session , making your gap fee $102.05.​ 

Weekday after hours (8am & 4.30pm to 8pm)​,weekends

  • $255.00 with a Medicare rebate of $137.05 per session, making your gap fee $117.05.

 Couples and family sessions

  • $260 a Medicare rebate does not apply, however you can submit the invoice toyour Private Health Fund for approval.

The Australian Psychological Society has a Schedule of Recommended Fees for private practice psychological services. A fee of $300 is recommended for a 45- to 60-minute consultation. Reset & Grow fees are significantly lower than the recommended rate as we aim to make our services more affordable. Medicare or Private Health Insurance rebates may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy

Reset & Grow requires 48 hours notice (to the hour) to avoid a cancellation fee. A 50% consultation fee will be charged if less than 48 hours notice is received and a 100% consultation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is received. This cancellation policy includes cancellations, rescheduling or failure to attend appointments. Payment is due at the beginning of your appointment. An administrative fee of $10 will be charged additional to your session fee  for late payments. Failure of payment will result in your services being suspended. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse the continuation of services if this issue is recurring. The client is liable for cost of any services undertaken, this includes instances where the third party payment has not been received i.e. Medicare Bulk Billing, WorkCover, or VOCAT.
